Services are provided on a subscription basis with three tiers: Basic ($70/month), Pro ($100/month), and Elite ($150/month).
Futures and options trading involves a high degree of risk and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Before trading, you should carefully consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives. IronKey Markets makes no guarantee of profit or protection against loss.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize IronKey Markets to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with 30 days notice.
The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial for new members. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan at the Pro rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@ironkeymarkets.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
IronKey Markets does not offer refunds on completed billing cycles. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@ironkeymarkets.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

All content on the Platform — including trade alerts, educational materials, bot configurations, software, and branding — is the intellectual property of IronKey Markets and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IronKey Markets does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered without interruption, that the platform will be error-free, or that any trading signal will be profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronKey Markets and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any trading losses incurred as a result of following alerts or signals.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
